Matera Series

In "Matera" the female is a creature in constant transformation—fluid, wild, and untamed. She moves beyond the grasp of cultural and societal confines, a force unto herself. In this series, I explore a fuller expression of the feminine divine: a force of wildness, willpower, and sensuality, offering a rich portrayal of the genius femininum.

Rooted in the ancient earth, she pulses with willpower and wholeness, a fierce embodiment of wildness. She is goddess and guide, moon-bearer, life-giver an incarnation of birth and the sacred Mother Earth.
