From my studio, I had a bird's-eye view of this spectacular medieval town. A vast panoramic view extended all the way to the closest city hundreds of miles away. Framing my studio window, a golden Mimosa tree displayed a bouquet of yellow flowers and a heady aroma. Beautiful bird songs and an occasional flute from the neighbor filled my days painting.
